These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Collabar mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
2) The Service
Collabar connects brands/businesses with influencers/creators and provides features such as discovery, messaging, proposals, contracts, payments, and analytics.
3) Creator/Influencer Social Connections
If you choose to connect social accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X), you authorize Collabar to access permitted data from those platforms and/or authorized third-party providers to display analytics and related information.
- Data availability depends on platform permissions, account type, and API limitations.
- You can disconnect connected accounts through the app.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party platforms.
4) User Content
You may submit content such as profile details, messages, media, and deliverables ("User Content").
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant Collabar a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights needed to provide the User Content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5) Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting identity, metrics, or affiliation.
- Harassment, abuse, hateful content, or unlawful conduct.
- Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfering with the Service, including scraping or automated access not expressly permitted.
- Uploading malware or otherwise compromising security.
6) Payments, Fees, and Taxes
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Additional terms may apply. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing accurate payout/payment information.
7) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (including social platforms and analytics providers). Collabar is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their content, policies, or availability.
8) Intellectual Property
Collabar and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and design. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless expressly authorized.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collabar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
